Hello West High Families:

I am looking forward to another great year at West High School in 2024-2025, giving my full support to the wonderful staff and programs we offer. In my 30th year in education (as a coach, teacher and administrator), I look forward to continuing to work with students, parents, and the larger Tracy community to ensure our school is delivering a quality product that meets the demands of today’s world.

Sow a Seed Youth Awards Flyer (PDF)

The non-profit Sow a Seed Community Foundation is hosting their 20th Anniversary & Youth Award event on Wednesday May 7th at the Grand Theatre.

The 20th Anniversary + Youth Awards is a free event held to recognize members of the San Joaquin Valley who have made a positive impact in their community. Sow a Seed will be awarding certificates to youth that have shown dedication in athletics, academics, and community service. They will also be awarding certificates to adult mentors that have made a positive impact in the lives of youth.

Community members can register for the event or be nominated for an award through our website at sowaseedcf.org/events.

Dear Students & Parents:

You are cordially invited to the 1st annual Blue & Gold Ball!!!

When:  April 5th, 2025
Where:  Mount Oso Lodge (1601 N. Tracy Blvd)

Doors will open at 5:30PM
Dinner will begin at 7:00PM
Dance at 8:00PM

There will be a silent auction and dessert auction.  All proceeds benefits the HFA Athletic Boosters. See flyer for more information and the QR code to get your tickets ($40 per person)

Wolf Pack Important Information

There will be an informational open house for incoming Freshman who are interested in trying out for Sports for the 2025-26 school year. Coaches will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

When: Monday May 5th, 2025 @ 6PM

Where: West High Main Gym, Kimball High Main Gym, Tracy High Main Gym

Kindergarten registration for the 2025/2026 school year will begin 03/03/25. Please note that in order to register for Kindergarten for the 2025/2026 school year, your child’s birthdate must fall between
 September 2, 2019, and September 1, 2020.

Wolf Pack Student Opportunities

Summer school for credit recovery is available this year. It is a great way to get back "on track" and/or retake a course to meet A-G requirements of a "C" or better. Credit Recovery Summer School is not meant to get ahead on credits.

Only one submission per student.
Priority given to 12th, 11th, 10th and if space is available to 9th grade students.

Wolf Pack Student Opportunities

Students & Parents: The College Bound Academy works to help students and parents to navigate the education system, graduate for high school, and have the choice of attending college.

The College Bound Academy meets once a month from 9am-12pm. No minimum GPA required! Each student scholar must want to have the option of attending college, be actively engaged, and be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult for each meeting.
